Thank you for visiting my online store. My name is Carla Macal I was born in Guatemala but raised in East Los Angeles since age four. I started making my own natural body care products since 2016 as a way to connect to my roots and to avoid supporting chemically engineered, processed products for a healthy lifestyle. I think if we are healthy, we can influence others around us to be healthy as well one pomada at a time. These ideas are not new as we are reclaiming and embracing indigenous ways of living. Connecting to mother nature and letting earth heal us. Throughout my journey, I have also hosted natural deodorant + tea workshops to educate people on how to make their own deodorant at home for sustainable living. Workshops have been facilitated in Guatemala, to South Central-LA, to Whittier, California.
