What is your processing and shipping time?
Orders typically take 10-15 business days to process, and production times will usually increase during and around holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS.
Please let us know if your product does not get to you in one month.
Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds will NOT be given for lack of understanding that processing and production times do not include shipping and delivery times.
If your product is broken please let us know and we can refund 20% fee. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please reach out through our contact page
